“My son has always struggled socially. After just a few months of social skills sessions, he came home and told me he made a friend. I cried.”

IS THIS FOR YOU?
Whether you found us on your own or were pointed our way, you're in the right place. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. You don’t need the perfect words, a diagnosis, or a crisis — just a sense that something could be better for your child, your family, or yourself.
It's not just about managing symptoms or getting through the day. It’s about making deep, foundational changes that ripple out into the way you understand yourself, the way your family connects, the way your child navigates the world.
And with the right support, what feels impossibly hard right now
can start to feel genuinely manageable — even good.
Evidence-based one-on-one therapy for children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and more, with a therapist who cares, listens, and knows how to help.
A space for the whole family to work through what's been getting in the way of the dynamic you want to have: whether that's communication, conflict, or parenting challenges. Leave with a clearer understanding of each other and concrete strategies to leave unhealthy patterns behind.
Practical, compassionate guidance for parents navigating behavioral challenges, developmental concerns, and the demands of daily life. Understand your child better, manage difficult moments more confidently, and feel less alone in what can be a really hard yet fulfilling role.
Evidence-based support for understanding and changing behaviors that are creating challenges at home, in school, or in daily life. When relevant, we use approaches aligned with ABA principles, looking for the reason behind the behavior instead of just at the behavior.
Individual and group-based support for children and adolescents who could use a lift in peer interaction and communication. They’ll learn practical, real-world skills that build confidence and make social situations feel less overwhelming and more natural.

Sessions are available virtually, in person, or a combination of both — whatever works best for you and your family. And when a child's challenges show up in the classroom, we work directly with schools, educators, and attorneys to make sure they can access the support they're entitled to.
“I finally started therapy after years of telling myself I didn’t need it. I’m really glad I did. My therapist is thoughtful and easy to talk to — we meet over video which honestly makes it easier for me to show up consistently. I’ve noticed real changes. The way I handle stress, the way I talk to my kids. It’s not dramatic, it’s just, things are better. Noticeably better.”
— Adult patient, New Jersey
Therapy only works when the fit is right. If something isn’t clicking, let us know — we’ll make it right, whether that means a different therapist on our team or a referral elsewhere.
ABA is a structured, intensive program with specific targets and measurable goals — most commonly used for children with autism. Behavioral therapy is broader and more flexible, focusing on understanding and shifting patterns through conversation and practical strategies. Both look at the why behind behavior. The approach we use depends on what your child actually needs.
Yes. Research consistently shows that virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person for most people. For many families, virtual sessions make it easier to show up consistently, which makes it work even better.
No. Our therapy services focus on children, individuals, and families.
